Our Team

We work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, from children and youth to adults and those in later life.

Rooted in Community

Being part of a rural community shapes how we show up. We prioritize connection, trust, and care close to home, ensuring everyone can access quality mental health services.

Supporting Those Who Support Others

We are committed to nurturing counsellors through reflective supervision, creating a space for professionals to reflect, grow, and feel valued in their work.

You’re Welcome Here

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but help is always available. Whether it’s for you, your relationship, or your family, we’re here to help you find the right fit.

We provide a safe, affirming space for all, including 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and families.
